Jewelry I: Metalsmithing

Learn your way around the Jewelry studio and work with metals for jewelry-making.

We will show you working with metals for jewelry techniques:

By the end of this workshop students will have made a custom copper and brass cuff of their own design.

Students will also learn how to use a variety of handtools like jeweler's saw and jeweler's hammers, rolling mill etc.

Completion of this workshop grants TXRX members access to the Jewelry Studio Hours.

Requirements: closed toed shoes, no loose clothing, long hair tied back
